Registration & Payment 

• Program registration must be completed in advance. 

• Payment (where required) is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. 

• Court paperwork, probation officer referrals, or other required documentation must be provided before program participation begins.
   

Attendance 

• Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions. 

• Late arrivals may be denied entry at the discretion of program staff. 

• Completion certificates will only be issued to participants who meet all attendance and participation requirements.
   

Cancellations & Reschedules 

1 Week notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. 

A $50.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations or reschedules. 

If your cancellation or reschedule needs the approval of the sentencing court or your probation officer, it is YOUR responsibility to secure the necessary approvals. 

No-shows or those in violation of this policy will be considered in non-compliance with the court order. 

The court will be notified of all no-shows, reschedules or cancellations. 

No refunds will be given for those who fail to give 1 Week notice of cancellation or reschedule.
